People are all different. Sometimes one for no particular reason just gets on your nerves. You dont agree with them.
You dont like what they say. Or it is just how they say it. This can be a real problem on a message board. A member may not
be violating the Terms of Service; you are just uncomfortable with them. What do you do when you and a board member dont
click? We have some great suggestions from cls in the trenches!

don't want *anyone* to not feel welcome. I suppose I'm not as bubbly with her as I am with my other members, but I make it
a point to be as nice as I can
Cl-xanan keeps in mind that she could be the member that irritates someone on another board,
Cl-nawleansdarlin reminds us that the member you don't like right away grows on you and you end up liking them. And sometimes
they become a really good friend.
Remember that no matter WHAT the member is doing that annoys you, it is never appropriate to write the member and tell her
not to post on your board. If you are running into serious difficulties with a member that is disrupting your board, discuss
it with your mod via email!
